Data Deletion Instructions

If you want to delete your data from Communitee Socials, you have several options depending on what you'd like to remove.

1. Delete your entire account

To delete your account and all associated data (profile, connected platform tokens, post history, and engagement data), send an email to support@communitee.ai from the email address associated with your account. Please include “Delete my account” in the subject line. We will process your request and permanently remove all your data within 30 days.

2. Disconnect a platform

If you only want to remove a connected Facebook Page or YouTube channel without deleting your entire account:

  • Log in to the App and go to Platforms from the sidebar navigation.
  • Click Disconnect next to the platform you want to remove.
  • This immediately revokes our access and deletes the associated tokens from our database.

3. What data is deleted

When you request full account deletion, we remove:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All connected platform access tokens and refresh tokens
  • Your post history and draft content
  • Engagement data associated with your posts
  • Approval workflow history
  • Any AI-generated caption drafts linked to your account

When you disconnect a single platform, we remove the access tokens, refresh tokens, and cancel any pending posts for that platform. Your account and other connected platforms remain unaffected.

We may retain anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you. We may also retain specific records where required by law (for example, financial transaction records).

4. Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account.
